The terms that govern your use of Burning Bridges AI

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Burning Bridges AI (the "Service"), available at burning-bridgesai.com. By creating an account, uploading a photo, or buying credits, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service Does

Burning Bridges AI generates short videos from a photo you upload, placing your subject in a party scene inspired by a popular music video trend. All output is created by artificial intelligence and may contain visual errors.

Acceptable Use

You may only upload photos of:

  • yourself,
  • your own pets, or
  • people who have given you clear permission to use their photo for this purpose.

You must not use the Service to:

  • upload a photo of any person without their consent,
  • create sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content of anyone,
  • create any content involving a person under 18,
  • impersonate someone, deceive viewers, or present AI output as real footage of a real event,
  • harass, bully, defame, or threaten anyone,
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

We may refuse to process an upload, remove generated videos, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund. We may report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photos only to generate and deliver your video. You are responsible for how you use and share the videos you generate.

AI-Generated Content

Every video the Service makes is generated by artificial intelligence. It is a synthetic edit, not real footage of a real event. When you post a video, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks you to (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube all have AI labels), and do not present it as real footage of the people shown. Do not use the Service to make content that could be mistaken for a real person's actual words or actions in a way that misleads or harms them.

Music and Third-Party Rights

The on-site preview of your video may play with audio from the original music so you can check the timing. Downloaded videos do not include that music. If you add music to your video, for example by choosing a sound from a platform's music library or in an editing app, you are responsible for having the right to use it and for following the rules of the platform you post to and applicable law. Hearing the music in the preview does not give you any right to publish it.

Burning Bridges AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Drake, his record labels, or any music video production company. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Videos are paid for with credits bought in packs. Credits do not expire. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider and we do not store your full card details.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits used are returned to your account automatically. You can get a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once credits from a pack have been used for a delivered video, that pack is not refundable. Accounts closed for breaking the Acceptable Use rules are not eligible for refunds. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you believe a video made with the Service, or anything on this website, infringes your copyright or uses your likeness without permission, email contact@burning-bridgesai.com with: a description of the work or person concerned, the link or details that identify the content, your contact information, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We review every request and remove content that breaks these Terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
